- Our preferred payment method Is Paypal but if you would rather pay by BACS transfer, please call us on 07889 487252.
- We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all our items, which are carefully packaged to protect your purchase.
- Unfolded items e.g. posters, will always be sent rolled up in a sturdy tube.
- Framed and glazed paintings cannot be posted but collection is an available option. If collection is not possible, we can remove the painting from its frame and send it in a sturdy tube.
- Please check with your country's customs office to determine if there are any additional costs for importation prior to buying as import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- When completing your order at checkout, you will be asked to make a choice regarding shipping: free or tracked and insured (extra fees apply).
- For high-value items, we suggest 'tracked and insured', the price of which will vary depending on the item.
- For tracked items you can follow the progress of your parcel through a link that we will provide. If the purchase price of your order exceeds 100 USD, we strongly advise you to take the optional insurance and tracking package to provide peace of mind.
- Depending on the items purchased, we will endeavour to combine up to five items in the same packaging.
- We are based in the UK so all items are shipped from the UK.
- We reserve the right not to ship to certain destinations at our discretion.
